Rapid Transformational Therapy®

Rapid Transformational Therapy is a fast, effective therapy to help identify and free you from limiting beliefs, unhelpful habits and behaviours that have been preventing you from having the health, energy and vitality that is available to you.

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) combines hypnotherapy, NLP, psychotherapy and cognitive behavioural therapies. The award winning therapy was developed and fine tuned by Marisa Peer over 30 years

Up to 95% of our daily thoughts, actions and decisions are run by our subconscious mind. This means that only 5% of the time we are using our conscious, thinking, mind.

We don’t always know what these old beliefs are that are running our lives today. Very often experiences that we had in our childhood have left an imprint on our brain giving us habits and behaviours that no longer serve us … and stop us from having the health, energy and vitality that we long for.

As a Rapid Transformational Therapist, my role is to help you find the root cause of the issue, understand why, when, where and how you acquired the belief. Understanding in hypnosis is the most phenomenal power and we are able to release the old belief and rewire in a better one.

RTT is a powerful therapy and most issues can be resolved in one to three sessions.

Kind words from RTT clients

I love Sally! There is something about her that just puts me on ease and really comfortable around her. Maybe it is her choice of words, calmness, tone of voice – what ever it is I just feel I can trust her with my healing. RTT session was real eyeopener, I left the session thinking OMG, I have been emotional eater because I linked being good girl with sweets as 5y little girl, and I still believed that, 33years later, so whenever I felt bad, stressed, that sweets will confirm I am good girl after all and the more I eat, the better I am! I’m so glad Sally helped me to crush this stupid belief! It is amazing to be FREE of emotional eating and overeating with just one session. Remarkable! If you are considering to work with Sally, then just do it! It is a lifechanging gift to yourself! You will thank yourself later!

MV, Emotional Eating

My virtual RTT session with Sally was an eye-opener for me. I was unsure about how well it would work remotely, over Zoom, but needn’t have worried. Sally was quick to put me at my ease with her very calming presence and comforting voice. I was able to follow her lead and while I felt conscious of my surroundings throughout, I also felt 100% focused on the changes I was keen to make and on any areas that might be holding me back from making progress. It was a very powerful and emotive session which offered new insights into my patterns of behaviour. Sally gently offered me eloquent mantras that continue to pop into my mind frequently, even several months later. The longer-term effects of the session continued well beyond, for weeks thereafter I believe, due to Sally providing a bespoke recording of her voice for me to listen to. This reinforced the changes I wanted to make and made RTT with Sally a very valuable experience and one that I would wholeheartedly recommend.

I’ve really enjoyed listening to the recording you made for me. It’s beautiful to listen to, and I know it’s making such a difference. The feeling in my chest moved to my neck a few hours after the session. At present it hasn’t moved further, but I know this will happen.

I am now certain I will make a positive difference in changing the way mental health is treated in the NHS, bringing RTT to the forefront and I want to thank you in helping me know this.

I am doing really with it. Believe it or not I have started running and walking first thing (5.45-6.00am). I also find I am sticking to the healthy eating without being too focused on it and am noticing I respond to stress differently.

Thanks for all your help:)
